    The good thingsPT.Minori memberikan saya sangat banyak kesempatan untuk mengembangkan diri, baik sebagai pengajar ataupun sebagai Pribadi. Selain itu saya juga diajarkan bagaimana cara menjadi seorang yang dapat mengembangkan dan membina para pemagang yang akan bekerja di jepang.
    The challengeskesulitan yang saya alami adalah jarak tempuh dari rumah dan PT. Minori. saya harus melalui medan atau jalan yang cukup berbahaya. selain itu saya juga harus sangat memanage waktu agar saya dapat menjaga keefektifan bekerja.

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang baik. Banyak staff yang masih tergolong usia muda bahkan fresh graduate juga berkesempatan melamar dan menjadi pegawai tetap. Hari libur yang memadai pada libur lebaran dan libur natal-tahun baru. Diberlakukannya bonus pada akhir tahun dan THR pada Hari Raya Lebaran.
