    The good thingsAccording to my experience when doing internship activities at the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia. there are several things that I got, first I found the quality of the employees who worked there, secondly I saw the structural flow and communication flow that was very good, thirdly I found a culture that was good to communicate with other employees.
    The challengesIn my opinion, while participating in the internship, I encountered several challenges and difficulties. First, the difficulty of the selection required to finally get the opportunity to undergo the internship program, second, there are some things and contexts that are state secrets, so my colleagues and I cannot learn about them, third, the distance required from my home is quite far.

Karakter ini membantu saya dalam menjalankan tugas dengan baik. Hal ini terbukti selama saya bekerja, tidak pernah terjadi kebocoran data, dan dokumen-dokumen kantor selalu tersimpan dengan rapi sehingga memudahkan rekan kerja dalam mencari informasi ataupun data yang dibutuhkan.Saya menjunjung tinggi etos kerja, profesionalisme dan selalu berorientasi pada kepuasan tamu terutama dari sisi kualitas, komunikasi, pelayanan dan efisiensi budget.
