    The good things- Lingkungan Perusahaan yang kondusif dan baik, sarana ibadah, kantin dan koperasi karyawan tersedia dan baik - fasilitas karyawan baik seperti adanya kegiatan olahraga setiap minggunya. - Area kerja dan lingkungan kerja sangat mudah untuk beradaptasi. - Komunikasi dan interaksi yang baik antar departemen maupun sesama departemen dan atasan sangat baik.
    The challengestidak ada kesulitan yang cukup berarti, hanya kendala-kendala kecil yang mencakup teknis saja tapi itupun tidak signifikan.
