    Pengalaman Menarik
    The good thingsSaya merasa saya mendapat berbagai ilmu dalam Sales & Marketing disini. Begitu juga dengan pengalaman saya di bidang Operational. Bagaimana saya handle tour dengan baik, profesional dan menyikapi setiap problem. Sangat menarik buat saya dann di samping itu tidak bosannya saya untuk mempelajari sistem yang perusahaan pakai. Sistem kami connect langsung network office kami di Eropa, Asia, dll. Banyak ilmu yang bisa di dapat disini.

    The good things1. Nothing
    The challenges1. No other facilities or allowance for employee but insurance 2. No career development. 3. For accounting staff will be trapped to do administrational thing, HR and comsec. 4. No salary adjustment for several years. 5. No appreciation for the job which the staff has been done. 6. One staff will be in-charge for several job desk in several department, without any notification in advance. 7. Headquarters will require you to do things that are not your job. 8. There is no time efficiency in doing the job because of repeated reviews of nonessential issues
