    The good thingsthe people are quite good and smart. Above average compensation, nice and great benefit, work from anywhere, the team are solid and nice management
    The challengesFlexible hours sometime meaning working more than 8 hours without overtime paid, often happen on the weekday.

    The good thingsCompetitive salary, challenging tasks and plenty rooms to explore. Colleagues are very supportive, they will help you thru your probation period. We're currently working from home but you are welcome to come to the office. The company provides various benefit including a flexible balance that you can spend on many things.
    The challengesSometime there are too many meetings in a day. For some divisions you will be required to work on multiple products and meet conflicting meeting schedules as well. There are some leaders who can't give feedback in a good way but still tolerable. Basically they just want you to be better altho the words sometimes hurt.

    The good things- great leaders, they care about our career improvement - provides many employee benefits (health insurance, WFH equipment, training & development, bonus based on performance appraisal, etc) - all colleague (including in other divisions) are all helpful & cooperative, especially when we're facing any blockers, we do our best to find win-win solutions - hybrid working mode (we can work from our office in MidPlaza, working in GoWork, or working from home)
