    The good things- Support Work From Anywhere - Flexible working hours, but work-life balance - Nice benefits, exclusively the flexible benefit - Friendly environment, Mekarians are humble and very helpful (at least the people I've worked with)

    The good thingsTeman kerja yg mendukung, supportif. Dari semua aspek bekerja disini kuncinya adalah komunikasi karena semua tantangan yg bisa berubah cepat, tapi dari situ saya belajar untuk tetap ber adaptasi dengan segala kondisi dan menaikkan level personal saya pribadi.
    The challengesKomunikasi antar divisi, banyaknya hal hal yg mendadak tiba tiba berubah, secara tidak langsung juga harus merubah mindset orang untuk melek digital tentang software online.
