    The good thingsDon't ever stay at a job solely out of convenience or comfort. Aim higher, even if that means pursuing another job that's just one step closer to your ultimate goal.
    The challenges1.Changed mindset of member which different vision to get out of their comfort zone. 2.Division have their own team ( small team inside the main team) - have to strengthen team work, personality development by changing communication’s behaviour, basically the Management’s rules has been so good and cleared! How people to follow is the one of consideration. Might take time for New establish company.
