    The good thingsMendapatkan training dan informasi terkait produk yang up-to-date. Bila travel fasilitas hotel dan flight istimewa. Rekan kerja yang baik dan mempunyai wawasan tinggi.
    The challengesKeseimbangan kehidupan pribadi dan kantor kurang seimbang. Sering kali di rumah melakukan pekerjaan kantor karena waktu, namun hal tsb tergantung bagian dimana kita bekerja.

    The good things- growth mindset. Beban pekerjaan yang diberikan bisa memberikan seseorang kepercayaan diri yang lebih baik saat telah selesai mengerjakannya - flexible. Tidak suka pergi ke kantor? Tidak masalah, bekerja bisa dilakukan dimana saja selama semua pekerjaan bisa diselesaikan dengan baik. - supporting system. Team akan memberikan support yang baik agar siapapun bisa menyelesaikan pekerjaannya dengan baik.
    The challenges- Acronym. Hampir semua orang di Microsoft begitu suka menggunakan acronym yang hanya bisa dipahami oleh orang-orang yang sudah pernah berkecimpung di dunia tersebut. Well, cukup memusingkan di awal, tapi semua akan bisa terlewati selama mau belajar.

    The challengesSometimes when most of employees are show-up in office, I have to sit in the office lobby or pantry, or even remote.
