It was an unforgettable experience
The good thingsI not only learn the hard skills but also soft skills. I also learn more life values especially in the corporate industry.
The challengesGood communication skills is very important in this company. English speaking skills is essential here as we communicate with hotel partners from various countries. Being able to speak more languages other than English is a plus.

The good thingsCasual working environment. Overall a good company if you're looking for experience, recommended if you're a fresh graduate.
The challengesToo much payroll deduction. Humans make mistake but it feels like you need to stay flawless here if you don't want your salary to get deducted because even small mistake can cost you big time. Supposed to be mistakes can be review case per case basis.
