Sumber Daya Sewatama公司共同出资注册成立的，厂址位于印度尼西亚北部亚齐特别行政区米拉务市附近，为印尼国家电力公司（简称PLN公司）招标的IPP项目，共建设两台225MW燃煤发电机组，2019年12月正式进入施工期。项目采用BOOT模式，计划于2023年12月进入商业运营。 Proyek PLTU Nagan Raya 3&4 adalah proyek pertama hasil eksplorasi China Datang Group di pasar Asia Tenggara yang diperoleh melalui Pengadaan internasional. Konsorsium dari China Datang Overseas Investment, PT PP (Persero) dan PT Sumberdaya Sewatama Bersama-sama membentuk PT Meulaboh Power Generation, Lokasi Proyek berada di kabupaten Nagan Raya, Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, melalui pengadaan proyek IPP yang diadakan oleh Perusahaan Listrik Negara (disingkat PLN) dengan kapasitas dua unit 225MW pembangkit berbahan bakar batubara subkritis yang telah resmi memasuki masa konstruksi pada bulan Desember 2019 ,Proyek ini mengadopsi mode BOOT dan direncanakan akan mulai beroperasi komersial pada Desember 2023.
