    The good thingsSejauh ini semua aspek mulai dari manajemen, rekan kantor, salary, bonus dan beberapa kebijakan cukup masuk akal dan mementingkan karyawan.
    The challengesCukup banyak deadline yang harus dikerjakan. Terkadang harus membantu rekan dari satu divisi atau divisi lain. Harus dibiasakan untuk interaksi dan berkembang di sini.

    The good thingsPositive working environment with supportive team leader & manager. You will find a warming and welcoming partners & team. If you focus on working professionally, you will find no problems in building a good relationship with the whole company members.
    The challengesA lot of new challenges and changes that must be learnt. Sometimes, the manager or other peers will ask for your help (not from your job desc), you will need to adjust your time and responsibilities. This company also urge for your innovation and creative thinking. From my side, I sometimes have to overwork and go home late due to lots of workload that must be finished, but you will get overtime bonus (uang lembur) paid with your monthly salary.
