Has a lot of potential to grow, they are not yet SPK but striving to become one. Students are all relatively clueless, like living inside a safe bubble. Most parents, if not all, are foundation caretakers' acquaintances, have a huge influence on school's policy. Owners of the school are actually powerful figures with nearly limitless budget for the school's development.
The challengesThe foundation's deputy is extremely pretentious and ingratiating, unable to show respect to good talents, ribbon-cutting suave talker, sycophantic groundbreaker, and unable to efficiently allocate resources and connections. Most of rather questionable but crucial decisions were made after meetings and were subject to change at a moment's notice, rendering the meetings themselves unproductive and unnecessary.
