    The good thingsJenjang karir baik, ada banyak program dalam pengembangan jenjang karir. Keterbukaan manajemen juga sangat baik. Banyak tunjangan dan bonus untuk karyawan yang berprestasi. Tidak ada kesenjangan antara staf dan manajer sehingga nyaman untuk bekerjasama.
    The challenges1 orang bisa memegang lebih dari 1 project tergantung bagaimana manajernya. Dikarenakan departemen baru dan belum ada presales kadang ketika di projek konsultan harus membantu POC jg sehingga menyita waktu pribadi namun tidak sebanding dengan gaji yg diterima.

    The good thingsA workplace with many challenges. Overall the team members always support each other. Evolving technologies and we as a Consultant also need to keep up with the new product and technologies. Has many customers with distinctive area, Usually short term projects so you could have many experiences working here. Overall this is a good place to learn and jump start your career in consulting path
    The challengesThe management is really challenging for the consultants to work with. Often consultants will be assigned to the customer's site without prior notice, and this is happened on daily basis. And then there is not so good project timeline and planning. Upper management will push the consultant up and beyond to fulfill the promise made by sales team. The turn over of project's member is usually happened due to lack of manpower in projects.

    The good thingsBanyak hal yang bisa dipelajari, mulai dari teknis, relasi, struktur perusahaan, dsb. Perusahaan memberikan apresiasi dan fasilitas yang memadai.
    The challengesBelajar banyak product dalam waktu yang singkat. Diperlukan sikap self organized, self motivation, dan manage waktu.

    The good things1. Secara komisi mereka sangat baik dan kita bisa terima komisi 1 bulan 1x 2. Dari segi manager sangat membantu staff nya agar achieve target 3. semua bekerja sangat profesional tidak ada regulasi yang membuat kita susah 4. Secara peraturan tidak kaku dan kita bisa menyesuaikan dengan baik

Dalam target terkadang dalam 1 quartal bisa sangat besar 2. dan dalam quartal berikutnya target bisa naik atau minimal stabil 3. banyaknya product yang di pegang satu sales bisa berdampak kurang fokus satu sisi semakin banyak product semakin banyak partner yang kita pegang dan itu malah membuat beban dan tidak fokus

    The good thingsThe bond betweeen employee is strong and the people around is nice. There's a lot of division in Metrodata which means more oppurtunities for a higher position. The company keep evolving in so many ways to strive in the bussines. If you did well in your job, there's a fast track program to enhance your knowledge and promote you.
    The challengesNeed more people in this company, too many task for one person to do. To much bureaucracy in this company that makes things more complicated.
