    Challenge versus reward
    The good thingsI work as a Production Assistant for the World News program which airs in the early hours of the morning. There are only 4 people in this team, so our workload is quite heavy. Cooperation between team members went well. I feel motivated to give my best contribution to produce good works for viewers. I got a lot of knowledge and experience working here But the relatively low wages for my qualifications are sometimes became an obstacle to continue working at Metro TV. I felt uncomfortable since I still have to receive subsidies from my parents to finance my daily activities
    The challengesWorking constantly at night is a hard thing for my family to accept. Especially if there was no transportation assistance from the company. If it was possible to get a job for normal working hours, morning or afternoon, it would be easier and healthier for me However, it is not easy to broadcast the World News program in the morning or afternoon. The broadcast time of a program is influenced by various factor

    The good thingsDapat merasakan experience dalam mengaplikasikan ilmu teknik satelit (broadcast) yang diterima sebagai freshgraduate dengan baik. Selain dapat terjun langsung sesuai ilmu bidang perkuliahan, kita juga mendapatkan ilmu dalam mengenal berbagai macam merek alat-alat Telekomunikasi (khususnya Broadcast Satelitte tools). mengenal berbagai jenis satelit yang mengudara dan digunakan dalam proses receiver dll.
    The challengesKesulitan bekerja pada perusahaan baru ialah sulitnya berkomunikasi dengan jajaran. karena masih perusahaan yang termasuk baru, relasi dan pengenalan tiap divisi sulit dilakukan. Sehingga tidak mudah untuk mendiskusikan tiap informasi dengan jelas dan sesuai dengan keadaan lapangan. Diharapkan kedepannya akan lebih baik lagi khususnya perhatian untuk bagian technic dan IT.

    The good thingsPekerjaan yang menyenangkan dengan menjual wifi rumah ug sangat mudah dipaketkan dengan pay tv. Tidak ad hubungan pembayaran langdung antara costumer dan marketing. Hanya meregistkan dan memastikan pembayaran diawal. Komunikasi yang baik dan interaksi secara kekeluargaan dengan costumer sangat dianjurkan perusahaan. Gaji yg tidak pernah terlambat dan bonus yg tidak pernah dipotong. Sangat luar biasa.
