    Lingkungan kerja baik, Manajemen sangat buruk
    The good thingsLingkungan kerja baik, orang-orang yang sangat terbuka dan saling membantu dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Teamwork yang baik.
    The challengesManajemen perusahaan sangat buruk. Tugas dan target yang diberikan kepada team banyak, terkadang tidak masuk akal. Para atasan hanya mementingkan klien perusahaan, tanpa memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawan. Gaji cenderung rendah, namun tidak ada bonus dan insentif sebagai bentuk penghargaan kpd karyawan sedikitpun, padahal pekerjaan dan target sangat tinggi. Sangat tidak direkomendasikan bekerja di perusahaan ini
