    The good thingsPros: Beside High salary, bonus, we earn good benefit and welfare, there are training & development skill program supported by HR, nice working environment, work life balance. There is Appreciation for employee who have been working since 5, 10, 15 years etc.

    The good thingsLingkungan masyarakat sosial sangat baik sekali. warga sekitar sangat ramah dengan etos kerja yang sangat baik. hampir tidak ada kendala isu sosial yang cukup siginifikan. berdekatan sekali dengan laut banda, jadi masih bisa merasakan hawa-hawa laut.
    The challengesakses moda trasnportasi menuju site masih terbatas dan tidak memungkinkan berjalan setiap hari. resiko jika terjadi emergency harus sangat sangat bersabar menunggu jadwal transportasi selanjutnya. lokasi belum ada jaringan 4g, namun ketersediaan fiber optic di site sudah sangat membantu sekali.

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan sempurna bagi yang ingin menghindari tingkat keramaian kota "kemacetan", pemandangan yang bagus karena dekat dengan bibir pantai dengan sistem kerja roster 4:2 serta fasilitas kamar, tempat berolahraga dan tempat ibadah yang memadai.
