    Great place to learn and develop
    The good thingsGreat place to start the journey working in pharmaceutical industry. The company has given me many opportunities to develop new skill and learn. Personnel working here are mostly capable, and able to find balance between work and personal life.
    The challengesWorking environment in production area could be improved, especially in GMP compliance aspect. Salary is fairly low.

    The good thingssaya berkerja di Pt Merck dari lulus kuliah, awalnyas aya merasa ragu karena load kerjaan yg diberikan bergitu banyak , tp dukungan dari atasan dan teman2 saya bertahan dan bisa menghadapi kesulitan untuk beradaptasi dari dunia perkuliahan ke dunia kantoran , ilmu yang diberikan banyak sekali, tidak hanya seputar accounting saja, tetapi juga belajar perpajakan, laporan keuangan sedikit demi sedikit tahu akan hal tersebut dan membantu saya dalam menyelesaikan perkerjaan, dan kekeluargaan di Merck sangan kuat sekali .

    It was such a good experience working here but i prefer to look for another opportunity to another company.
    The good things- Several employee are implementing diversity and inclusion. - company gives many benefits such as several hampers, bonus,training and more - their building was cozy - there are many creative and smart people here - international exposure
    The challenges- working environment was not really good (there are some employees who are not implementing diversity & inclusion. For example there is a gap between temporary and full-time employee) - my leader doesnt lead me how to be best. Thus it seems bossy not as well as the real leader. - private university was underestimated. - so many people are smart but mostly they are working individualist. - high pressure
