The best for balancing work and life, but not for someone who is energetic and dynamic.
The good things1. The employee relationship is the finest; we were like family. 2. Objective and fair work evaluation 3. The income is ordinary, but it is supplemented by other benefits. 4. You may exercise/workout every day before work, especially if you work in Wanaherang. 5. Work-life balance is ideal.
The challenges1. Due to the limited positions, it is quite improbable that you will be promoted 2. It's tough to come up with fresh ideas since the environment is hesitant to approve them. It was quite monotonous and repetitious to simply perform what was requested of you. But, hey, no job is perfect, so if these two factors are irrelevant to you, go for it.
