    The challengesMasih banyak "titipan" yang tidak kompetitif namun dipertahankan karena ortu punya koneksi, tidak ada penilaian yang objektif terhadap kinerja, 1 tahun lebih kerja tidak ada pelatihan yang diberikan, banyak penilaian karena likes dan dislikes, atasan yang NPD. tapi tetap direkomendasikan selama masuk di tempat yang tepat.

    The challengesThe "I'm older therefore I'm right" hierarchy culture, resistance for improvement on office technology, unprofessional leadership by some personnel (not all, the CEO is quite great). Some redflags I noticed : 1. A gap between the understanding of employees and the training manager. 2. A powerpoint presentation should not be too wordy and only gives points which we will elaborate during the presentation, correct? Apparently not. The supervisor did not like it, called me all looks and no brains, and told me to quit and be a clown. 3. Depreciating remarks thrown regularly 4. No feedback for performance

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yg sangat kekeluargaan, atasan yg sangat memotivasi, Kesejahteraan karyawan sangat di perhatikan. Adanya training2 untuk karyawan.
    The challengesBanyak ilmu yg di dapat hanya di level spv up, di level staff pekerjaan monoton dan lebih ke perkejaan admin. Atasan sangat sibuk shg tidak ada hal lain yg bisa di pelajari. Challenge nya sangat kurang. Overload dan sering overtime tanpa uang lembur.
