Never againThe good thingsCoworkers are easy and fun to talk to. They will always happy to help you out.
The challengesThe "I'm older therefore I'm right" hierarchy culture, resistance for improvement on office technology, unprofessional leadership by some personnel (not all, the CEO is quite great).
Some redflags I noticed :
1. A gap between the understanding of employees and the training manager.
2. A powerpoint presentation should not be too wordy and only gives points which we will elaborate during the presentation, correct? Apparently not. The supervisor did not like it, called me all looks and no brains, and told me to quit and be a clown.
3. Depreciating remarks thrown regularly
4. No feedback for performance
