    The good thingsI loved the supportive work environment and the flexibility to work from anywhere. I gained valuable experience and knowledge, even joining business trips as an intern. Plus, the company provided lunch and transportation reimbursements for site visits, making the experience even better.
    The challengesSome roles had more flexibility than others, making work distribution feel uneven. At times, tasks felt isolated, and a more balanced collaboration could enhance the experience.

    The good thingsDynamic working environment, free lunch, nice office space although not too spacious. Fair remuneration package.
    The challengesSince this is group company handling several other sister companies, some department function is merge. For example the HR and GA/Finance. With this big role, sometimes slowing down the internal approval process.
