The challengesSomehow they want everything is integrated to their head office in Jakarta and actually it's kinda annoying. They even make some policies that not quite good for their employees. They are employing people who actually not capable to handle some departments. Like there only one person in HR department is bachelor degree, and the rest are high school graduated and none of them are from Psychology school. Then if you are new entries you've got no health insurance and bad place to live. A wooden house looked like a cote. And the management is quite discriminative. There are huge differences between staff and mere employee like me. So it's better to get another company.
