    Assistant Teacher
    Dec 2019
3 to 4 years in the role, former employee
comfortable and family environment, every employee helps and supports one another
The good thingseach employee helps one another, the relationship between the teacher and parents and children is very good. Great teachers and school office staff , they are very easy to ask and ask for help or opinions. There is no seniority at work but all employees respect each other. Many teachers and assistant teachers have worked for dozen of years here. Work can be learned easily and in a very short time from seniors.
The challengesThis school is a foundation owned by 5 mothers. Management at this school is not very good, sometimes work orders come with different directions from different superiors. So we have to be smart to sort out which commands should be done and which ones are not, because under any circumstances as workers who are at the bottom line often the teacher's assistant is always blamed. Employees who enter are also not well studied according to whether or not the job offered.

The good thingsthe working environment that comes from colleagues, children that brings joy every day
The challengesto make the school comply with existing law and regulation since this is the international school which employed many expatriates but sometimes clash with the Yayasan's private matters resulting in the non-compliance of the regulation

Yayasan Pengembangan Anak Indonesia (biMBA-AIUEO) sebagai Guru.
    Dec 2016
1 to 2 years in the role, former employee
The good thingsDapat mengenali banyak karakter di setiap inddividu anak.
