    The good thingsThey give us the welfare which were needed from any of employees out there.
    The challengesYou need to work until late time. The pressure working under high pace is really challenging yet tiring. We need to make sure we manage our time as valuable as it can be since the projects will haunt you all day all night.

    The good thingsIf you are person who loves pressure and adrenalin, this company will be suitable for you. No worries about salary, the benefit is OK, and you will get bonus for your KPI. What you need to do ? Treat your client with your best effort. The team will support each other like a family, even the target is very tightly.
    The challengesThis company business is base on FTE, ensure that your position can be as an asset, if you want long term here. Ensure that you already got information before decide to join. However, dont think to much, the working environment is fine.

    The good thingsI believe working in Meinhardt EPCM Indonesia is more meaningful and I can make positive changes. In Meinhardt EPCM indonesia considered a detail-oriented, energetic, and motivated person. If you work here willing to learn and work very well with others and anxious to put my knowledge and have from others into practise and targeting because of your reputation and history of success. I really have some chances to do all and contribute to that success in the future.
