    The good thingsno good things in here. no assurance when joining until 3 years. the company not following standart work regulation in Indonesia.

    The challengesGaji gak naik2. Loyalitas dan kelebihan kita nggak dihargai sama perusahaan. Sebaik, sebagus, selebih tinggi dari ekspektasi apapun kita kerja dan sebanyak apapun cust yang suka sama kita gak bakal dihargai/naik gaji/jabatan oleh perusahaan. Dan tidak ada career growtg tidak ada masa depan disini

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang baik dan sistem manajemen yang baik. Jika mulai masuk kerja sistemnya masih kontrak tapi tiap tahun akan diperbaharui kok oleh pihak manajemen. Dan jika sudah diatas 3 tahun maka akan menjadi karyawan tetap dan mendapatkan asuransi, bpjs kesehatan serta bpjs ketenagakerjaan. Setiap tahun juga akan mendapatkan kenaikan gaji yang sesuai dengan kinerja kita.
    The challengesKita dituntut untuk terus belajar hal baru. Terkadang diluar dari job description yang sudah ditentukan. Tapi menurut saya baik karena saya banyak belajar hal yang baru yang mungkin ke depan dapat saya gunakan untuk bekerja di tempat lain. Kesulitan yang lain mungkin di jam kerja karena shift selama 12 jam dan terkadang masuk shift malam membuat kesehatan menurun.
