    The good thingsUntuk posisi Foreman kontrak, gaji UMR gresik (include uang makan &transport) + uang lembur semi wajib Untuk posisi Staff kontrak, gaji selisih 100-200 rb lebih banyak dibanding foreman (tidak ada uang lembur, jika lembur tukar jam) dapat makan siang dari perusahaan, fasilitas meja kerja & laptop BPJS ketenagakerjaan kesehatan dibayar full, sering ngadain acara tergantung event dari pemilik perusahaan (akhir tahun, beasiswa anak kary, ulangtahun dsb), dapat seragam perusahaan tapi seragam produksi beli sendiri
    The challengessistem kerja Foreman (07.00-15.00) 3 shift, kondisi sabtu minggu lebih banyak lemburnya daripada liburnya, peralatan kerja tidak lengkap karena 1 Departemen 1 toolbox untuk 3 shift orang yang berbeda (kec: Maintenance 2 toolbox), Aturan masuk area GMP tidak se ketat aturan tertulisnya, Akses GMP org teknik susah jika monitoring/ pindah mesin, ada orang carmuk, harus siap double job sistem kerja Staff (07.30-16.30) non shift untuk kary kontrak (foreman&staff) tidak dapat cuti sama sekali, kalau tidak masuk otomatis pot gaji, izin sakit wajib tulis resep obat dokter di surat izin dokternya
