Good Salary, Bad Management

The good thingsGood work atmoshpere, good salary, oppurtunity to learn new things, meet many people, learn to be a leader, learn to obey company policy eventhough is not always in righteous way.

The challengesIf there is one person recruited with expert capability in marketing-management-personality traits-objective minded-experienced-trusted and the Owner more concerned with this project , I believe this company will raise higher upon any other competitor.
