    The good thingsTeamwork dan rekanan kerja yg kooperatif sehingga membuat suasana kerja terasa lebih menyenangkan. Untuk load pekerjaan moderate tetapi layaknya IT di perusahaan yg bergerak pada bidang layanan, dituntut untuk standby 24 jam
    The challengesTidak ada pengembangan karir yg jelas, baik skill maupun salary, pimpinan yg kurang kompeten dan struktur departemen yg tidak jelas berikut dgn range salary. Fasilitas penunjang untuk karyawan sangat minim tidak ada bonus tahunan, dan kenaikan gaji yg asal tidak berdasarkan KPI

    The good thingsLinkup pekerjaan sesuai dengan posisi yang di apply. kemudian dari lingkungan kerja baik teman sejawat atau lingkungan kerja cukup bersahabat sehingga dapat membuat betah dikantor. Lokasi yang dekat dengan rumah membuat saya tidak pusing untuk terjebak macet. Jam kerja yang pas. dapat makan siang sehingga ketika yang habis tengah bulan g akan kelaparan karena tidak bisa beli makan siang
    The challengespengalaman terakhir atasannya tidak bisa kerja, mempunyai dua orang bos yang suka berbeda pendapat dan tidak bisa memutuskan yang akan diggunakan yang mana sehingga harus menjalakan keduanya dan tidak efektif. Gaji terlalu kecil dengan pressure yang tinggi.
