    A great career starter
    The good thingsGiven as it's a relatively new and also a start up company, it is a perfect place for fresh graduates who want to start their career, especially in online journalism field. The company is fast growing, it tries so many new things since its establishment and I'm sure it will keep growing and be the best as they expected them to be.
    The challengesEverything is fast paced, you are expected to keep up with everything 24/7. You are also expected to be on stand by for 24/7. You are working in an online media company, so you are almost always have to attach to your phone 24/7 in case there's some emergency. You can't laze around.
