    The good thingsDi Mecoindo Itron sangat menghargai yang namanya kapasitas dan keahlian karyawannya, baru bekerja selama enam bulan sudah dipromosikan menjadi leader produksi sama manajer perusahaan, diikutsertakan dalam psikotes dengan leader leader yang sudah senior hanya saja sebelum waktu diangkat menjadi leader kontrak kerja saya sudah habis.
    The challengespekerjaan yang susah dalam produksi adalah repair barang reject, dimana makan waktu lebih lama dari pada produksi secara normal, dan harus lebih teliti dalam merepair barang yang reject.
