    The good thingsRestoran McDonal sangat sering melakukan traning, baik hal baru maupun untuk memperkuat prosedur dan SOP. Adanya banyak reward untuk karyawaan yang memiliki Accountable, Care, Credible yaitu McACC, budaya Mc Donalds. Jam pekerjaan yang fleksibel membuat karyan lebih mempunyai waktu istirahat atau liburan yang cukup.Adanya jenjang Karir untuk Karyawan.
