    The good thingsgive attantion on safety at work, and good at management. give chance to all employee for give advice on management. employer also hear well complaint from all employees. give a chance to all employees for back to their home after work 6 weeks on the site and at home for 2 weeks
    The challengessometimes you meet the person who doesn't like you, and make complaint for every what you do even you in different department. and the problem on this project is the premature work location who doesn't have supporting facilitties & network.
