    The good thingsRekan kerja saling mendukung dan sangat bersahabat. Hal tersebut bisa sangat membantu dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan.
    The challengesDalam grup ini ada puluhan perusahaan, sehingga adminstrasi & laporan yang dibuat juga untuk puluhan perusahaan tersebut. Sangat tidak sebanding dengan gaji yang diberikan. Bahkan perusahaan bisa saja mengabaikan hak para pekerja, termasuk pilihan untuk PHK sepihak.
