overall ok, but big scope of improvement.
The good thingsfriendly people, no one is in rush, laid-back casual attitude
The challengesOffice / infrastructure : run down office premises, no dedicated pantry space, work related challenges: no processes or structured approach, micromanaged, judged for taking medical leave, snr mgmt. is immune to feedback, pay is lower as compared to market standards.

    Micromanaged and Lacking Constructive Feedback
The good thingsHybrid working environment. Though management had full control over WFH policies and could revoke them at any time, leading to inconsistencies in work arrangements.
The challengesWork environment was stressful due to micromanagement, lack of constructive feedback & misuse of authority. Job security was often used as leverage in conversations, making the work environment feel unstable & pressured. Decision-making is often influenced by personal emotions than logic.

Average pay. Seemingly fun environment. But just not it.
The good thingsEnjoyed the workplace. Friendly colleagues.
The challengesClaims to be family-oriented, but did not support when an employee is unwell. Biased and unfair. Can be better.

The challengesNot much progression in your career as the bank has quite a number of employees who are working for more than 20 years ago. Basically its a good bank for your retirement. As the bank is a relationship building bank. You could have seen more employees aged 50-60 years old holding manager role in the Bank.

not what i expected for a loans job. felt more like administrative work.
The good thingsI got to learn more about cars, processing loan applications, requirements for accepting or rejecting an application and credit review. It was nice getting to learn something new and i joined the company at a lull period so it wasn't extremely stressful as there wasn't much to be done and i could learn at my own pace.
The challengeswork is repetitive and its basically admin work once you get the gist of it. its a job whereby you process loans over and over and does not require any creativity or thinking. That gets pretty stale after a month or 2. I can't imagine having to work here for years as there's simply no motivation or incentive to work hard. Also, there doesn't seem to be much of a career progression as what you learn is not enough for you to apply to another loans related job.

Good basic experience for a beginner
The good thingsCommunicating and improving on my confidence in speaking. Able to challenge myself to take on duties like data entry and it is a new different experience compared to what i had learnt in school. Staffs are mainly quite old for my department but they can be friendly and helpful.
The challengesIt is abit too rush as they need help to take over when they are on leaves. Before a staff is leaving, i suggest to employ a long term contract temporary staff earlier like by a month to be able to learn better rather than in a rush.

    Awesome working environment
The good thingsThe challenges working in MVCI is with a lot's of fun we need to manage to hit our targets, sometimes the Leads are not enough and we need try to get referrals and generate our our leads. We need to Sett the right goals and expectations of qualified customers to buy our packages and to be our members,we must always be ready to accept changes in the packages we are selling, trying to close all the sloths available when my colleagues are not around.
The challengesI am in loved working with MVCI, is the best company i had work with, the work culture are fun enjoyable like every week there is games, end of the months there will be team bounding outings, The managements have open door policy, anyone can share their feeling just by walking in managers room, managements build friendships with employees, managements often appropriate employers by sponsoring the employees to holidays when we hit our targets. Colleagues are motivating and encouraging each other to never lose hope, Sharing experience and giving tips, colleagues here are like a real family. Best Place To Work, to have fun and travel. Its a Great Opportunity and Memories.

    Family cultured and nice colleagues
The good thingsIt is a family cultured bank, everyone works together like a family. Most of the people are approachable. Very nice working environment, everyone work as a team and are united.
The challengesThe pay is fairly low in the industry and management controlled the budget tightly. Even to branches which has high volume and are really short of staff.
