    The good thingsI love the team. The higher management very welcome with new challenge and willing to contribute so the company will gain more values. The utility/power company is a sustainable company so there will be no worries with continuity of the business. The management appreciate all contribution the employee gives, opportunity to develop career and the benefit actually pretty great.
    The challengesSince the management have been change over the years, entry staff or middle management facing some difficulty to solve some issues that need the upper management involvement. Changing management can be troublesome also when the company culture is affected.
