Great Company to Learn while WorkingThe good thingsThe directors are young and very nice people. They tend to make us develop more to be in a position and state of mind like they are. The environment and team are also very friendly with different culture, background and characters, but this makes the company whole and strong.
The challengesThis company started with 2 sets of ships in 2009 and now we have 16 sets of tug boats and barges. by the end of this year we will have additional of 10 sets of ships. This company is definitely growing into a better and bigger company. We have so many work and deadlines but we maintain our life and work balance easily here. The directors also tend to test us once in a while, if we get the wrong answer, they simply teach us the correct ways, very fair and nice of them.
