    MSCS is a very nice place to grow.
    The good thingsThe environment here is absolutely positive. Co-workers are mostly cooperative and always supportive. You're gonna love your leaders, especially the principal. Less tense here because you can have fun with the kids. Lovely!
    The challengesI needed to be more creative every time I made the lesson plans. But no need to worry, the leaders will be involved in the making time. You will not be alone.

    To be an Educator who teach valuable things
    The good things-I like the working environtmen (i.e. good and helpful colleagues yet very professional). -Push us to learn as much as possible through teaching and designing educational program and behavior intervention. -Always encourages the teachers and staff to work with heart and for the sake of God. -Provide the programs that encourage parents to invilve in their children's education.
    The challengesThe paperworks are too much regarding the times given to finish and the salary. However, it is the opportunity to learn.
