    The good thingsikatan kekeluargaan antar karyawannya kuat banget, atasan sering membiarkan bawahan berfikir dahulu baru mereka ikut mengarahkan. Sistem sudah ada dan lengkap, jadi kita tinggal buka dan baca saja.

    The good thingsarchitects handle projects from first meeting with clients until the house is built. great experience. what we handled include meeting and presentation with clients, develop design from principal, coordinating with interior designers, procurement, vendors and general contractor.
    The challengesi think it will be better if they'd improve the human resources management and KPI. also career development.and could consider not to change the management system too many times.

    The good thingsKantor atau tempat bekerjanya nyaman, karyawannya semua ramah sehingga dapat nyaman untuk bekerja, untuk gaji sebagai internship di perusahaan ini gaji nya lumayan, karena selain gaji pokok masih ada bonus.

    The good thingsMendapatkan pengalaman mengenai dunia arsitek lebih banyak lagi. Mendapatkan pengetahuan seputar dunia arsitek dan desain interior. Memiliki sistem kerja yang baik dan profesional. Perusahaan memiliki sistem kekeluargaan yang saling membantu, sehingga suasana ketika bekerja menjadi nyaman. Tidak ada sistem senioritas yang menekan anak internship.
