    The challengesThe company didn't have any clear steps how to get promoted to senior, and there is no standard salary, so sometimes the salary of two employee with the same position and same join date could be different based on how the employee negotiate the salary when joining.

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja di Mastersystem sangat baik dikarenakan memotivasi dan memberikan pengalaman pertama kerja saya penuh dengan ilmu baru. Tim yang bekerja disana sangat membantu untuk menjadikan diri kita lebih progresif dan belajar melalui proses yang menarik.
    The challengesDikarenakan saya bukan dari jurusan IT, terdapat beberapa kesulitan untuk mengenal lebih dalam mengenai produk dari perusahaan. Namun, Mastersystem memberikan pelatihan dan waktu yang cukup agar kita dapat mempelajari itu semua.

    The challengesProject coordinator selain yang senior membutuh kan reespon terhadap case yang cenderung lambat, sehingga on-duty engineer terkadang harus di site customer agak lama bisa 1jam lebih diluar jam kerja (kadang tengah malam) dengan catatan besok pagi tetap masuk ke kantor seperti biasa.
