    kalo mau belajar cocok kerja disini, tp kalo jenjang karir no.
    The good thingskantornya kekeluargaan sekali, untuk tim solid. gaji naik tiap taun, cuti tgl merah ga motong jatah cuti. walaupun ada beberapa org senior yg kerja lama sini yang ga asik dan sok ikut campur, untuk kebijakan tidak trasnparan, dari peraturan absen dan pekerjaan yang selalu dadakan selalu berubah.

    Worst engineering practice, technical debts and kebanggaan atas lalainya mengelola Software Accounting.
    The good thingsEasy money. Penduduknya tidak suka kepo sama kehidupan pribadi.
    The challengesEngineering practice sangat jelek. Tech stacknya ketinggalan jaman 10 tahun. Technical debt-nya tidak ada yang selesai, tapi mindsetnya adalah "kalau nunggu jadi kapan rilisnya?" Untuk software company dengan produk accounting, perusahaan ini lalai untuk menjaga kualitas software.

    Saya Bekerja di MAS Software cukup nyaman dan betah disana. sangat direkomendasikan bagi para pemula yang ingin mencari pengalaman bekerja. khususunya dibidang software accounting.

    The challengesterkadang di tempat customer kita diminta pekerjaaan yang bukan tugas kita. dan tidak ada lembur.
