    I will recommend MAS Arya Indonesia Boja to work.
    The good thingsAlot of benefits and perks like : Career Opportunity, Activities, Fun Environment, Supportive colleague. Here, they have gym and very supportive culture where the leaders also teach and grow the bottom levels. No wonder they achieve Best Asia Companies to work for in 2023!

    Good Management System
    The good thingsGood company with so many good management system, its young and attractive company, you can learn alot about Lean manufacturing, Management system, etc. you can manage your work by good daily meeting structure. and they have a good monthly KPI reviews and project review.
    The challengesworking hours will be most challanges here, because its garment indutry and about the production hours will be first demand of all and make sure all line production is running 100% without any trouble, and you need very fast respon and decision making.

    The challengesKetika menemukan kendala pada saat pengecekan garment mana yang layak dan mana yang tidak sedangkan masih ada beberapa pertimbangan untuk meloloskan garment yang sedikit kurang layak untuk diloloskan.

    The good thingsPT MAS Sumbiri merupakan tempat kerja yang cukup baik bagi fresh gradute yang mendambakan gaji tinggi terutama di daerah Semarang. Peraturan di perusahaan ini juga tidak terlalu ketat dan flexible. Perusahaan ini juga memiliki berbagai macam acara yang dapat menambah hiburan bagi karyawannya, seperti Got Talent, Jalan Sehat, Bakti Sosial, dll.
    The challengesDipimpin oleh WNA merupakan suatu kesulitan terbesar dalam perusahaan ini. Seringkali penyampaikan pikiran dari pimpinan tidak tersampaikan dengan baik kepada bawahannya. Penafsiran yang salah tersebut sering kali membuat misscommunication dalam satu department ataupun antar department. Pressure dalam perusahaan juga termasuk tinggi melihat seringnya para karyawan pulang melebihi dari 8 jam kerja dalam 1 hari.
