    Good place for Fresh Gradute who wants to join Consulting Firm
    The good things1. Everyone is pretty humble and the will teach you anything you don't understand; 2. Real project experience for intern, you will assign towards project and help the team from a to z; 3. Nicely work environment; 4. You're gonna learn many things in here especially in strategic marketing.
    The challenges1. Low salary for intern especially when talking about the responsibilities; 2. Not the best place for work life balance especially if you're joining the consulting team; 3. Don't expect to much for full time in here cuz it depend on how much demand for project.

    Gaji yang belum sepadan
    The good thingsPekerjaan selama disini cukup bagus dimana para staff dan atasa bisa berkomunikasi dengan santai tanpa memandang jabatan. Lagipula saat proyek yang sedang dikerjakan sedang mengalami keterlambatan, atasan akan membantu untuk menjelaskan alasan kepada klien mengenai penyebab keterlambatan ini. Hal ini membuat hubungan atasan dan staff cukup bagus.
    The challengesHal yang kurang adalah gaji yang diterima terutama saat kerja lembur atau masuk di hari sabtu dan minggu. Bekerja di hari sabtu dan minggu bahkan hingga malam tidak berarti mendapatkan lembur sehingga ini menjadi titik dimana staff merasa kurang diperhatikan.Selain itu, saat mendapatkan klien yang perfeksionis dimana penjelasan dari atasan saat proyek mengalami keterlambatan tidak cukup untuk menenangkan klien.
