    The good thingsLingkungan Kerja Baik, Friendly and Secure, Tempat parkir memadai, lokasi strategis di tengah kota, ada tempat olaharaga berupa gym, lapangan multiguna dll serta adanya daycare.
    The challengeskantor hanya satu lantai sehingga sulit mengembangkan perusahaan yang membutuhkan sdm dengan kuantitas yang cukup dan berkualitas. susah untuk dipromosikan atau kenaikan pangkat dan jabatan.
