    Kami mau... Kami bisa... Luar Biasa...MHA memberikan pengalaman bertumbuh yang baik dibidang hauling coal, integrasi dan budaya HSE yang sudah terbangun hingga lingkungan kerja yang supportif. Hanya saja site lokasi yang jauh dari sentuhan perkotaan cukup membuat bekerja dengan keterisolasian dan remote sehingga membuat pressure yang cukup tinggi dalam mengelola strees kerja :D

    The challengesTantangannya adalah, saat kami memulai untuk menggunakan program baru, yaitu perpindahan sistem manual ke dalam sistem automatoc. Yaitu program SAP. Kami bekerja mulai dari awal didirikannya perusahaan. Seru dan menantang sekali. Kerja sama antara indivindu dan tim mulai di uji disini.
