Good working environmentThe good thingsI like the work environment, only young people that work as a team. Young people that have a great spirit to be successful. I saw people come and go, where the good employees remains and some of the bad employees could not stay any longer. Sometimes the company also lost their best employee but they always managed to find the better one.
The challengesYoung people with less experience. Sometimes they don’t understand the work ethic. But it’s okay, they’ll learn.
