    The good thingsGood friends, support each other, working time is on time ( do not work overtime here), near domicilie house, work load isn't much.
    The challengesLow Salary for Bachelor Graduate, Low meal allowance, Contract Employee Status (even for years), there is no career path, the office is located at Basement so air circulation is not good for our body. If you are late, you receive NO allowance meal.

    The good thingsSuasana hubungan yang hangat dengan sesama karyawan juga atasan, tempat yang bagus bagi fresh graduate untuk mencari pengalaman kerja, tersedia bonus tahunan untuk karyawan tetap, juga uang pengobatan diluar BPJS.
    The challengesProrate kenaikan gaji per tahun kurang memuaskan, di berapa unit usaha sulit untuk mendapatkan promosi menjadi karyawan tetap, turn over karyawan yang lumayan sering.
