    The good thingsAs long as I work here, I like the comfortable and family work environment, adequate facilities, appropriate salary, superiors who respect their employees, employee welfare and work that supports my career.
    The challengesAs long as I work here, the difficulty I face is in disciplining delivery order documents that have been sent to customers, so I often make receipts for all documents and memos so that things don't get misunderstood.
