Horrendous ExperienceThe good thingsThis company has a lot of exeptional employee, they're very friendly and supportive, You can still be friends with them even you're not in that company anymore
The challengesThis company management is very bad, exceptionally bad, like how come you didn't have a budget to pay an employee but still you can recruit another employee? Why can't you teach that existing employee to a new role? Yeah you've said you don't have budget and suddenly two new employee has been recruited, that's mad. Oh and don't forget that you'll get the same experience working here and at building material store, concrete dust all over the room and hoping you wont suffer Upper Respiratory Infection
