    The good thingsWorking situation under family approach. We dont need to put into a very strict situation because the owner is very welcome us and encourage us for better performance. No need to be hesitate working in this company as this is a family company and many conditions of working here using family approach. When you look for challenge and friendly working condition, so I recommend to you to work here.
    The challengesYou will need for adaption as this company is family business based. But you dont need to worry as the business owner is very friendly and support us for best performance. Process of decisions relating work situation could be taken by the owner fastly not in a big other company. This is a great business and you are encouraged to join this good company for your future life. Come on and dont hesitate to bring yourself into this company.
