    The good thingsGood team, good project to work on, not too strict, easy to adapt, very good for first job!
    The challengesManagement is not balanced between labor and working time, sometimes working on weekends, benefits and salaries are not too much, for some projects must be onsite.

    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang sangat menyenangkan. Tidak ada yang berusaha 'menginjak' agar bisa cari muka di depan atasan. Load pekerjaannya memang banyak, tapi ada banyak teman yang bisa membantu. Senior-middle-junior bisa saling membaur dengan berbagai pembahasan di luar kantor (misalnya game atau kuliner) Flexible working hours!
    The challengesBelum ada peraturan yang jelas mengenai benefit ataupun ketentuan lembur. Karyawan perlu berinisiatif untuk bertanya kepada project manager atau tim HR terkait dengan kebijakan ini. Kesibukan bekerja mengurangi waktu untuk belajar atau mengambil course di tempat lain.

    The challengesWork here is only good for developing your experience, but not for the salary. no job desc, you have to be able to work any IT field. low on human resource, you have a possibility to work on two projects in once
