    Good for development, but with a bit much stressful
    The good thingsmuch improvement, both on character development and skills by training and mentoring from the director. Good for developing fresh graduates, this company eager their employee to learn. The compensaion is fair, plus yearly bonus.
    The challengesUnbalanced between work and life. Sometimes, Sunday is being used as training day. The employees having quite much pressure, especially in the office. Your contract can be terminated anytime without any compensation, by the company.

    The challengesPenuh tekanan, pulang selalu malam, team yang kurang solid, tidak ada musholla, atasan kurang mengayomi bawahan, kontrak tidak jelas, bisa pindah posisi sewaktu-waktu, biaya parkir ditanggung sendiri.
